It can be a chart, a checklist or anything you want it to be. Be sure it helps with their problem. 

You want them to give you their email address for it so make it good BUT keep it simple.

Case study: Share success stories of customers who have used your product/service and achieved great results with the help of testimonials and data points.

Quiz/Survey: A quiz/survey can be used to collect valuable data about prospects while also providing them with personalized insights into their needs/wants/problems

Create the opt-in page showcasing your new Lead Magnet.

Keep it simple. Request the email address and first name in exchange for your Lead Magnet.
