How to Create a Customer Journey 

In this blog post and video, I'm going to show you how to simplify the process and  simplify your thinking about your customer Journey... from the lead to sale.

The best part, it just takes one click of a button in LeadScripts!

First things first, log into LeadScripts.

Select your Brand's Product/Service

Next, make sure you have the brand's product or service you want to use selected in the product dropdown. 

We'll use that to generate your customer journey

1. Click on Marketing Plans

Once your desired product is selected then click on Marketing Plans from the left menu.

Find Customer Journey Builder and click "view plan".

TIP: You can also start typing "customer journey" into the search bar to find it as well.

2. Initialize Customer Journey Plan

Next, just click "initialize" plan.

The customer journey marketing plan will be added to the queue.

LeadScripts will create the customer journey for you so that you can simplify you're thinking.

Most of the time you get into weed so much that you don't really think about what a real person is going through.

It's easy to forget where you started and the struggles you felt initially.

For example, from the new lead, "the handshake", the nurturing, until they get ready to buy from you.

3. View Customer Journey Marketing Plan

View the generated customer journey plan.

It's going to give us an idea of exactly what the journey the customer is going to go through based on the product that was selected.

How to Create a Customer Journey Map in LeadScripts

1. Select your brand's product or service from product dropdown

2. Click on Marketing Plans and find Customer Journey Builder

3. Click Initialize

That's it! 

Revisit your customer journey often to remind yourself of where your customer may be on the road to purchasing your product or service.
